We started Lapryma because founders deserved better.
Too many startups were getting generic advice from firms that didn't understand their world — burn rates, equity, rapid pivots, and the pressure of building something from nothing. We knew there was a better way.
Lapryma Consulting was founded in Lawrence, KS with a simple belief: that great financial and HR guidance shouldn't be reserved for companies in big coastal cities.
